We provide end-to-end move support for vulnerable residents during:

  • Estate regeneration decants

  • Downsizing / right-sizing moves

  • Temporary Accommodation transitions

  • Homeless prevention moves

  • Adult Social Care moves

  • Supported Housing moves

  • Initial resident engagement & needs assessment

  • Decluttering & Packing

  • Sensitive Removals

  • Secure Storage (if required)

  • Housing Transition Support — support to resettle in new home

  • Post-move welfare checks (if required)

Our process:

  1. Referral received from council Housing / Regen team

  2. Resident needs assessment completed

  3. Move plan agreed with resident & council

  4. Safeguarding checks & risk assessment completed

  5. Decluttering & Packing service delivered

  6. Removals completed — including complex cases (high needs, hoarding, medical equipment)

  7. Post-move support / feedback provided to council
